Frogs in the NFL- Week 10

Andy Dalton- QB Bengals- Defeated NY Giants 31-10- Dalton had one of his best games Sunday as a Pro. He ended 21 of 30 for a mere 199 yards, but had a career high 4 TDs, each of those being thrown to a different receiver. He also had a Total QBR (which I still don't get and think is stupid) of 94.8, which was the highest in the league. But out of all stats, the one that makes this the best game of the season for him, was the 0 in the INT column. First game without an interception this season. Keep it up.

Jeremy Kerley- WR Jets- Lost to Seahawks 28-7- Ugghhh. The Jets are just terrible. Kerley had 5 catches for 57 yards, which accounted for nearly half of the total receiving yards as a team. He also had 1 run for 5 yards, 2 punt returns for 6 yards, and a fumble lost. Not a good day all around for the Jets, but Kerley is still the #1 target with Holmes out.

David Hawthorne- LB Saints- Defeated the Falcons 31-27- Hawthorne was back in action against the Falcons Sunday and accounted for 4 total tackles and 1 TFL. Glad to see him back in the lineup and help hand Atlanta their first loss of the season.

Jerry Hughes- LB Colts- Defeated the Jaguars 27-10- Jerry has really made a turnaround this season after being move to LB. He had 2 total tackles and 1 sack, bringing his sack total to 4 on the year. He had one sack in the two previous years combined, so I would say he's finally showing that talent that we all be accustomed to watching destroy opposing QBs.

Marcus Cannon- OT Patriots- Defeated the Bills 37-31. I didn't watch this game, so I'm not sure if Cannon played much, but Brady was 22-38 and was only sacked once. They also produced 117 yards on the ground.

Colin Jones- S Panthers- Lost to the Broncos 36-14- Jones had one tackle in the loss to Peyton.

Jason Phillips- LB Panthers- Lost to Broncos 36-14- Phillips had 2 tackles.

Clint Gresham- LS Seahwaks- Defeated Jets 28-7- They scored 4 TDs w/ 4 XPs made, so I guess Gresham did good.

Malcolm Williams- DB Patriots- Defeated the Bills 37-31- No stats for Williams in this game.

Herb Taylor- ????- ????????- Anyone know what's going on with Herb, bc he's not listed on the Jaguars roster anymore.

Tank Carder- LB Browns- Bye Week- I stood in line in front of Tank at the Taco truck across from the Aardvark on Saturday night. Looked big.

Daryl Washington- LB Cardinals- Bye

Marshall Newhouse- OT Packers- Bye

In the NFL it is much easier to avoid interceptions when your defense is playing well and getting turnovers as opposed to playing from behind and having to throw to win the game. I know that not all of Dalton's INT were late coming from behind but many of them did fall into that category. Most great NFL QBs had great defenses on the other side of the ball. Lets hope that the Bengals defense keeps playing well so Dalton can shine.

Nice to see Dalton have a good game.

The Jets are impossibly bad. I still think Tebow Time is near.
