A subjective blog for TCU Horned Frog faithful.
Baylor is not our role model. None of the Big12 schools are. We were and are a self made program. We can serve as their role model
Good god, how drunk did Galloway have to be to type that article. TCU's role model is Baylor? Baylor?!?!? I don't think there's a writer on the planet that could convince me of that. Child please.
I don't like being compared to Baylor, but he was right on one point- caring about basketball. We have to step up the focus on basketball. CDC's new DMC's gotta get done.
I could honestly give two shits about Basketball. I'll take Omaha and a BCS bowl over a sweet 16 bid any day of the week. I really need to hear a fantastic hate rant on Baylor right now.
Pretty sure Randy Galloway is Art Briles' mom's penname.
But yes - if we could improve men's basketball it could significantly boost athletic revenue far more than baseball ever could hope to.
Also, and correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't one Baylor player, like, end the life of another Baylor player? If our aspirations for the Big 12 include the Alamo Bowl being the peak of program's history going forward, perhaps we should've stayed in the Big East.
...and France is the United States role model, right?
