Implosion #2 set for December

It'll probably be a little less dramatic than the last one, but as Chris Del Conte announced in his weekly Notes on a Scorecard column- the second implosion of Amon G. Carter Stadium is scheduled to happen sometime in December, shortly after the home finale against UNLV. They'll be blowing up the east side of the stadium- excuse me, OUR side of the stadium, so there's a chance this one may actually be more personal. So if you were like me and were too lazy and/or cold to get out of bed last December 5th to go watch history, you're going to get a second chance to not miss out on this.

My seat was upper deck, 6th row, 35yard line. Watching your seat be exploded is pretty personal.

I wonder if I can beg CDC to let me go in and remove my seats in section V. Granted, I'd have to cut through a section of bench, but screw it... I'd love to install it on my back porch.

Fortunately, my "student seat" will still be there (or at least the space - row 10, first two seats south of the band). Our seats this year will be gone though, I wouldn't mind watching TCU (away) games from home sitting on that row of bleacher...
