New Faces for Horned Frog Hoops

Over the past week, Jim Christian has added a new member to the coaching staff as well as another player to his roster as he attempts to steer the ship back in the right direction with the Big East icebergs looming less than a year over the horizon.

First he added Terrence Durham, a 6'2" guard from Memphis whose highlights you can watch right here. His Rivals profile lists him as a shooting guard, but those highlights sure make him look like someone who may end up running point at TCU. But what do I know, right?

Then yesterday Christian added Rob Evans to the coaching staff. Evans, who spent the last four years as an assistant at Arkansas, won over 200 games as a head coach at Ole Miss ('93-'98) and Arizona State ('99-'06). He led the Rebels to the NCAA Tournament in '97 and '98, and made one trip with the Sun Devils- in '03. He also made three trips to the NIT at Arizona State and coached All-Americans Ansu Sesay and Ike Diogu in Tempe.

Seeing how poor several of his teammates in that video were at finishing, I'd say he's going to fit in swimmingly at TCU.
