Updating the Spitblood Rumor Mill

Obviously every "rumor" we mention here on spitblood won't come true, but we will try to keep you in the know at least as much as we can by relaying the info we get to the readers. And the most recent info that we have comes from a very knowledgeable source that claims to be "99.9% sure" that the schedule in the fall will go as follows...

Portland State
University of Louisiana Monroe
BYU (Cowboys Stadium)
Baylor (away)

It is also believed that potential games with Cal, UNC, and Lamar are all now dead and will not be on the schedule this fall, but who knows? Once again I'd like to reiterate that we are in no way Chris Del Conte or Gary Patterson (despite what some people might believe based on our facebook page), so what we hear are rumors from people who we presume to be in the know with TCU football. So until we get noticed as an offical entity of TCU and get press passes and all that cool shit, then what we say is based on whatever sources we can find to get our info. But trust me, our sources are thorough and far reaching, because we are all really, really popular, charming and have really trusting eyes so people tell us A LOT.

Wisconsin fans talking all kinds of shit on their board about TCU "ducking" the Badgers' offer of a one game-only deal at their place the same weekend that we already have a game scheduled for this year.

Last I checked, TCU won the Rose Bowl. Come play the Frogs in Fort Worth and marvel at what women can look like when they eat something other than cheese and beer.

Portland's not a state, and Louisiana-Monroe? Is that a junior college? Very disappointing if this is the final schedule, although BYU at Cowboys Stadium is very nice.

Wisconsin fans keep trying to duck my balls on their face. Alas, the teabags keep coming by the mouthful!

On another note, I'm actually happy for a bullshit schedule this year. After attending 25 of the last 26 games over the past 2 seasons and 60 games since I graduated in Dec 2004 (yeah 78% of the games played since 2005), I'm fucking exhausted.

I can finally sit some of these games out and get conserve my energy for burning down Boise with Texas Hammer.

Portland State?
Louisiana Monroe?

Oh, God, thanks again Red Raiders, you suck!

I'm booking flights to Boise as soon as I know the date.
