Meet the Future Frogs: James Bailey

Nearly a month after Bobby Thompson's commitment on May 11th gave the Frogs the seventh member of their 2011 recruiting class, Coach Patterson and staff went local when Everman's James Bailey became #8 on June 10th.

Bailey, a three-star recruits according to Rivals, had scholarship offers from schools in the Big 12, Pac 10 and Big Ten. He did it all for Everman- running the ball, lining up at wide-out, playing saftey, returning kicks and punts, even punting! As a senior, he totaled 1,558 yards from scrimmage on offense (957 yards rushing-including three straight 200-yard games to close the season- and 591 yards receiving), 21 total TDs and 48 tackles on defense. He's projected to play safety at TCU, but it's easy to imagine a situation in which he'd switch sides of the ball.

Any description of how great a fit he is for TCU as an all-around athlete will probably not paint the picture as well as his highlight video:
