Two days after Rose Hill, Kansas guard Brady Foltz committed to TCU bringing the Class of 2011 membership to 14, the Frogs received commitment #15 from Lago Vista defensive end Austin Terry.
One of the most exciting parts about watching Jeremy Kerley become a star at TCU was knowing that Patterson had plucked him right out of Mack Brown's backyard. That's the same case with Terry, who led Lago Vista to within one game of going to the state championship and actually played his final high school game at DKR in Austin.
Terry is listed as a defensive end, but at 6'2" 221lbs it's not hard to imagine him ending up as a linebacker. Or maybe that's just because he wore the same jersey number and the same colors that Tanner Brock did at Copperas Cove. The coaching staff will get to start the decision-making process on Terry's ultimate position early, as he's already enrolled in school and will participate in spring practice with the team.
