TCU again in exclusive group

As gofrogs.com pointed out today, the Horned Frogs have for the second straight year finished in the Top 10 in football and reached the Super Regionals in baseball. The only other schools to accomplish that feat this year are Texas, Florida and Alabama. Not too shabby, considering the other three are 800-lb gorillas with more current students than TCU has living alumni.

By winning the Super Regional series in Austin this weekend, TCU would join an even more exclusive club. That's because only nine schools have ever played in a BCS Bowl and the College World Series in the same school year (although a few have done it multiple times). It would be pretty sweet for TCU to be #10.
