Rivals strikes again

The UT rivals site released a revised version of their Top 100 players in the state for the Class of 2011 yesterday.

What caught my eye was that Houston St. Pius X cornerback Kolby Griffin, a TCU commit, who was #23 on the list back in January, slid all the way down to #59. To my knowledge, St. Pius X hasn't played any games in the past few months, so why the slide? Is it maybe because he spurned an invitation to a UT Junior Day and then committed to TCU? That's solid journalism.

It should be noted that the list is compiled by Geoff Ketchum, who is one of the biggest UT homers you'll find out there even though he went to Texas State (so add some Valtrex to your list when you go pick up your Propecia, G). While we're obviously all for homerism here at spitblood, at least we don't put ourselves out there as legitimate journalists or "experts".

That's like saying Matt Stafford became a worse quarterback after the lions drafted him.

That guy looks like he works at a tanning salon.

Ummm, he's got 4 TCU recruits in his top 65, sounds good to me.

I'll bet the guy can run fast, and zig-zig like a (what kind of rabbits do you have in Texas?). I wonder why you even read polls, or "jounalists" ratings. They are what we artists call, critcs. Those who can't do, preach. Just made that up. But maybe he was a football player. Was he?

Those who can't do, teach, and those who can't teach, teach gym.

I don't want to read your post about Homerism. If I use my common sense, you are a hate criminal who is afraid of publicity.
But I'll consider that fact that you may still be a student.
Good luck to your team.

I'll consider the fact that you are a 58 year old dude from Berkley reading a blog made for and by former tcu frat boys and uber fans. Donnie, you're out of your element!

I also liked how he referred to himself as an artist...I know, I know, you're just under-appreciated in your own time.

I used to play Operation, does that make me a doctor?

Rabble Rouser replied to me. His blog on Blogger.com is about soccer.

I think this dude bought one of those "jump to conclusion" mats I been hearing so much about.

Wow, what a smug douchebag. I bet he loves to sniff his own farts. I don't understand half of what "artist" is trying to say. I guess I'm not artsy (read: gay) enough to understand. Do rabbits run in zig zags now? I don't follow. Nobody is making you read about homerisms, so you can just not read it. Why are you even reading a TCU blog in the first place? Way to fulfill the stereotype of artsy, smug Berkley douche who thinks his opinion matters.

Adios, Mofo.

Isn't putting your opinions on a public forum such as this the exact opposite of being afraid of publicity?

Rabble Rouser said...

My blog is about soccer? Umm, try again douche...

Just out of curiousity, how in the hell did you find this blog?
