Furthermore, they both have Boise State facing Oklahomo in the Fiesta Bowl. Are they trying to make me puke?
More importantly, they both predict the Frogs to compete in the MAACO Bowl Las Vegas. Idiot "A" has us playing Arizona State, and Idiot "B" has us playing Stanford. Once again the major media outlets have underestimated the power of the Patterson Dynasty. Hopefully we will turn this into a positive and use this as bulletin board material.

Make me the 1% because UT makes me want to puke. UT is the most overhyped program and is sickened by the fact that all of Texas loves them.
sometimes my sarcasm is so thick you can't cut it with a knife, you need a chainsaw
Oh, Rose. What is overhyped about 8 straight 10-win seasons, winning 3 of the last 4 vs. OU, 5 straight bowl wins including 3 BCS wins and a BCS national title? I completely get people not liking UT, but to call them overhyped is a little ridiculous. Dont let your UT hatred cause you to make ignorant comments. I am in the true 1%, but at least I am informed. If we're gonna talk overhyped, let's talk Notre Dame.
Moving on, I really hope the Frogs pull off better than Vegas or another pre-Xmas bowl because I would consider that a disappointment. Also, Boise State wont luck out and play Oregon with their 3rd stringer making his first start again. I see them starting 0-1. Go Frogs. I cant wait.
Seems like Virgina Tech is getting a lot of pre-season media head. Am I missing something here?
Anyone notice that Feldman actually has 2 "Non-AQ" teams in BCS bowls? While I don't like either of the teams, at least it shows a gain in respect.
Va Tech did win the Orange Bowl last year and returns a ton of starters. Beamer is a lot like GP-he's built a fundamentally sound team with an emphasis on defense. And he's got one of the more athletic QB's in the country. They did just lose their starting tailback to an ACL tear, but I still think they're the team to beat in the ACC
Just seems like 4 losses to mediocre teams coupled with "big" wins against the likes of Furman, Western Kentucky, and Duke shouldn't warrent such hype. The only reason they got the Orange Bowl is because everyone else just sucked harder - and somebody has to go.
I hear you there...they did beat a few teams, though, that we would've been bragging about had TCU beaten them.
Another interesting thing about having the 2 non-AQ teams is that one of them is BYU, and since he has OU in a BCS game, Texas in the title game, I would assume that means he has OU beating BYU. Looks a lot like the situation we should've been in last season. Lets hope Feldman is wrong about BYU though because we will win in that shitty mormon hell-hole.
