Broadway on the hill this afternoon

Former TCU All-American pitcher Lance Broadway will make his second career start (and first of 2008) today for the AL Central-leading Chicago White Sox when they take on the Kansas City Royals at 1:00pm.
Broadway was called up from Triple-A Charlotte on Sunday to replace Jose Contreras, who ruptured his Achilles tendon. He faced and retired one batter in the White Sox' 5-1 win over the Red Sox on Monday.
In his only other career start, which also came against Kansas City last September, Broadway gave up just two hits and fanned 8 batters in 6 innings of work to pick up the win.
